Dilemmata navigieren – Lernen zu Diskriminierung in heterogenen Gruppen

In almost all educational contexts we are dealing with heterogeneous groups. In learning situations on the subject of discrimination, different affiliations / positions, experiences, vulnerabilities and levels of knowledge can lead to special challenges.
In the workshop we will deal with typical dynamics and dilemmas that we know from both adult education and political discussions on the subject of discrimination. We often experience dealing with these dilemmas and dynamics as paralyzing and unproductive. An understanding of dilemmas and balancing acts, however, can help to become (again) able to act.
